Whether I'm driving to meet Melissa at our "office", going for a run or tidying up the house after the kids have gone to bed I often find myself turning to Podcasts.
Here is a round-up of my favorite Fashion and Entrepreneurial focused ones:
"Oh Boy by Man Repeller"-Jay Buim, the host, does a fantastic job of interviewing the guests. You get a really cool perspective from how other creatives got their start. Everything from Fashion & Retail, Media, Arts, etc.
"How I Built This"-a new Podcast from NPR. The first episode with Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx, was so enjoyable. I wish it was longer than 30 minutes (but this is perfect for those quick drives.)
"Vogue"-just what you would expect...the pages of the magazine come alive. If you loved The September Issue or The First Monday in May this is for you.
"Spirit of 608"-Lorraine Sanders brings together female founders to talk more about their business. She has a media background and I always end up taking notes as I listen. Great for fashion entrepreneurs.
"Girlboss Radio with Sophia Amoruso"-Sophia Amoruso interviews some of the coolest founders out there. Rent the Runway, Beautycounter, Refinery29, Story and Glossier are just a few of my favorite companies featured.
