No Gym, No Problem! Hit your goals wherever you are.

We know it's so hard to squeeze in the gym some days! We've asked Baby Boot Camp trainer extraordinairore, Kathleen Laipply, for a workout do anywhere. All you need is a pair of resistance bands or dumbbells and 12-20 minutes for each cycle. Check out the fun countdown below, then see pictures of Sarah working it. Enjoy!

Countdown to Fitness

100 butt kicks
90 high knees
80 squats/squat jumps
70 walking lunges
60 bicep curls with weights or band
50 upright row with weights or band
40 push-ups
30 burpees
20 tricep push-ups
10 Spider-Man planks

Take an optional run , then repeat! 

How to Work It 

100 butt kicks    

 

90 high knees     


80 squats/squat jumps    


70 walking lunges

50 upright row with resistance band or weights    


40 push-ups (regular or on your knees)     

 

30 burpees     


20 tricep push-ups
