Our Extended Holiday Returns Policy is now in effect! Gift away with peace of mind that returns are accepted through January 15, 2017, or within 30 days of the ship date, whichever is later. Happy Holidays!

Unworn items may be returned for a full refund when the return is requested within 30 days of your order date. During this time period, we are also happy to offer free return shipping in the USA. Simply email customercare@bezelsandbytes.com to request a return and a prepaid mailing label. Please mail the package within 5 days of receiving the label to avoid an $8 fee for shipping and restocking.  Final Sale items are noted within the product description and are non-returnable (no returns or exchanges).

We are happy to issue a store credit for unworn items when returns are requested within 3 months of order date. Please email us at customercare@bezelsandbytes.com to submit a return request.

Need a different size or color? In order to serve you more efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll receive that treat you’ve been eyeing faster if you simply place a new order.  Please follow the returns process above, and we will refund you within 3 business days of receiving your return.
