Q: How can I contact you?

Q: Will the bracelet still track my steps and sync to the Fitbit App on my phone?

A: Yes!  We have tested our jewelry to ensure steps are recorded as accurately as the rubber bracelet. You can still access all the features you love about your Fitbit in Bezels & Bytes jewelry: track your steps, tap to see your status lights, feel the rewarding buzz when you've hit your goal, and sync to your phone. Now you can track your steps in style.

Q: Do your bracelets fit the Fitbit Charge, Fitbit One or Fitbit Alta?  

A: Our bracelets only accommodate the Fitbit Flex fitness tracker, and we have a cool tassel necklace for the Fitbit One. We have fun charms to dress up your Fitbit Charge/Charge HR! And if you are interested in bracelets for the Fitbit Alta we hear you (thank you for all your request!) We are working on stylish bands now and hope to have an exciting Holiday launch of Bezels & Bytes Alta options. Make sure you follow us on social or sign-up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to be in the loop.

Q: The bracelet I ordered is too small. Can I exchange the bracelet? 

A: Yes, absolutely! We are happy to exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days (read more about our shipping and return policy here.) And check out the extended assortment. Want more options?  Drop us a note at customercare@bezelsandbytes.com.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept unworn merchandise within 30 days and guarantee our products for 3 months.  We offer free returns in the USA within 20 days of receipt. If you would like to return your purchase, please email customercare@bezelsandbytes.com for a pre-paid USPS return label. If received back to Bezels & Bytes after the 20 day window your refund will reflect an $8 fee for shipping and restocking. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
